5 platforms

Ordered by the size of the gain.

Each platform is scored out of 100 from four parts worth 25 points each. The biggest opportunity reads first.

TikTok

4.62 → 63.12 +58.50 WEAK
Audience4.62
Consistency0.00
Views0.00
Engagement0.00

Not enough recent posts to measure — views and engagement score zero.

Biggest gap. Four videos since 2021. Posting every day is worth 25 consistency points before a single view comes in, and it can all be cut from broadcast already aired.

Input confidence: Exact. Four videos ever, since 2021 — not enough recent posts to measure views or engagement, so both score zero.

X

Audience0.00
Consistency0.00
Views0.00
Engagement0.00

Not enough recent posts to measure — views and engagement score zero.

Biggest gap. Two followers, zero posts. The morning headline with a link, every day, is 25 points that cost one sentence.

Input confidence: Exact. Zero posts, so views and engagement score zero.

YouTube

36.51 → 57.24 +20.73 WEAK
Audience10.44
Consistency22.06
Views2.20
Engagement1.81

Biggest gap. Median 82.5 views on 4,690 subscribers. The five Shorts ever posted averaged roughly 10× a regular upload — a Short a day from the morning news is the fix.

Input confidence: Most reliable row: exact views and likes for the last 15 uploads via the channel RSS feed.

Facebook

Views4.62
Engagement9.18

posts per week is an ESTIMATE; engagement is an ESTIMATE.

Biggest gap. Reels reach a median 5,800 on 157,000 followers and draw 2–12 comments. Same-day replies and captions that end on a question are the cheapest lift here.

Input confidence: Posts per week is ESTIMATED at ~6 — Facebook hides post dates publicly; Meta Business Suite would confirm it. Engagement is from the top 3 Reels only and skews HIGH.

Instagram

handle withheld

57.53 → 65.43 +7.90 DEVELOPING
Audience12.97
Consistency25.00
Views4.20
Engagement15.36

views are an ESTIMATE; engagement is an ESTIMATE.

Biggest gap. Already posting daily — reach is the gap. Fewer, stronger Reels with a face, a conflict or a feeling in the first three seconds.

Input confidence: Views from an 18 Sep sample (median ~400 over 12 Reels). Engagement is from a single top Reel because the Reels grid went behind a login on 21 Sep — skews HIGH.

Where the points are

Cheapest to win, first.

Each line is that platform’s contribution to the overall score, and the parts of the formula it moves.

Posting every day on TikTok and X is worth 50.00 consistency points — about 10.00 points on the overall score. It is the cheapest gain on this board, and it can be cut from footage that already exists.

  1. +11.70
    TikTok (4.62 → 63.12)
Moves Audience (+6.00), Consistency (+25.00), Views (+12.50), Engagement (+15.00). Repurposed broadcast. Zero new footage.
  2. +9.10
    X (0.00 → 45.48)
Moves Audience (+2.98), Consistency (+25.00), Views (+12.50), Engagement (+5.00). One sentence a day.
  3. +1.69
    Facebook (55.20 → 63.67)
Moves Audience (+0.13), Consistency (+3.57), Views (+1.44), Engagement (+3.32). Community work, not production.
  4. +4.15
    YouTube (36.51 → 57.24)
Moves Audience (+0.43), Consistency (+2.94), Views (+9.16), Engagement (+8.19). Repurposed. The editing already happens for air.
  5. +1.58
    Instagram (57.53 → 65.43)
Moves Audience (+0.34), Views (+6.91), Engagement (+0.64). Editing judgement, not volume.

Overall gain is +28.22: each platform’s gain divided by 5.

Use what already exists.

Repurposed assets come first because they cost nothing to make. Format rankings are our judgement from public numbers, not the client’s measured data.

Library health

They watch. Nobody talks.

Verdicts: HIT is above 2× the account’s median, FLOP is below half of it, everything between is MIXED. Everybody flops; what matters is how often, and whether the hits repeat.

Facebook · last 10 Reels

5,800

median views (average 11,600). 5 of 10 cleared 10K; 2 of 10 flopped under 1K — a 20% flop rate.

YouTube · last 14 uploads

57%

flopped under 100 views (8 of 14). Median 82.5; 1 of 14 cleared 1K. Engagement 0.36%.

YouTube Shorts · all-time

5

ever posted: 53 / 796 / 803 / 1.6K / 1.8K views — roughly 10× a regular upload. Nobody is making them.

Comments are thin everywhere: 2 to 12 on Facebook Reels doing 20–30K views; 0 to 2 likes on most YouTube uploads. On TikTok, the two largest Spanish-language stations in the same market have 908K and 372K followers; this network has 549.

Three-phase roadmap

Ninety days, three jobs.

Each phase owns a share of the score movement. Day 90 is re-scored against 58.99 with the same formula.

1–30

The free pilot month · consistency

  • Baseline from inside the dashboards
  • Link TikTok and X from the website and bios
  • Weeks 1–2: post, then read the numbers
  • Weeks 3–4: rebuild and repeat
  • Re-score on day 30

Owns most of the TikTok and X consistency points (+10 overall).

31–60

Double down · views

  • More of the formats that won
  • A YouTube Short every day
  • Same-day Facebook comment replies
  • English captions on hooks
  • Test posting times

Owns the YouTube and views gains.

61–90

Build series · engagement

  • Behind-the-scenes anchor on a fixed day
  • Novela countdowns
  • Instagram collabs
  • Merge or retire the dormant second YouTube channel
  • Re-score against the target

Owns engagement and the audience part.

The rules

Four rules for anyone with a phone.

So the client’s own team can post well without us in the room.

Win the first three seconds.
A face, a conflict, or a feeling.
Captions on.
With an English hook.
End on the air time.
Every clip points back to the channel.
Answer the first comments.
Same day. That is how a page starts talking.

Demographics

Who is watching lives in your dashboards.

Follower age, gender, location and language are reported only inside the account owner’s own dashboards — Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics. Getting that access is the first deliverable of the pilot month.

No platform reports race or ethnicity, even to the account owner, so we will never supply it. For context, Pew Research Center (Feb–Jun 2025, n=5,022 US adults) shows the share of each age group using each platform:

Method

Four parts, 25 points each.

  • Audience
    25 × clamp( log10(followers / 100) / 4 )
Zero at 100 followers or fewer; full marks at 1,000,000.
  • Consistency
    25 × clamp( posts_per_week / 7 )
Full marks at one post a day.
  • Views per post
    25 × clamp( (median_views / followers) / 0.20 )
Full marks when a typical post reaches 20% of the following.
  • Engagement
    25 × clamp( (likes + comments + shares) / views / 0.05 )
Full marks at 5% on views.

clamp(x) = max(0, min(1, x)). Overall is the straight average of every platform, dead accounts included. A platform with too few recent posts scores zero on views and engagement. Bands: under 40 WEAK, 40–69 DEVELOPING, 70+ STRONG.
