FLX Create helps you take a business from idea to a fully set up, online business in one guided flow — business email, domain, domain-to-site linking, phone number, virtual address, optional entity formation, and a generated website.

FLX Create is not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a financial advisor. Information provided — including LLC explanations and cost estimates — is general guidance, not legal, tax, or financial advice tailored to you.

LLC paperwork is filed by a licensed registered-agent partner, not by FLX Create directly. We guide you and connect you. The partner's terms govern the filing and any guarantees it carries.

Banking is out of scope. FLX Create does not open, manage, or access your bank accounts.

You'll use third-party partners — such as Namecheap, Northwest Registered Agent, and Stripe — each with their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms.

Billing for FLX Create will run through Stripe once pricing is set. Early access is free to join.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for using FLX Create in compliance with applicable law.

Formation timelines, approvals, and partner availability vary and are outside our direct control. We can't guarantee a successful filing or a specific outcome.
